In the mid-seventies, I developed the process for manufacturing of Mozzerella Cheese in India for the 1st time. I used to serve you with this delicacy from Cheese Bazar then located Opposite L.S.R. College, Zamrudpur in New Delhi. Subsequently with the increased polularity of this cheese, I developed various varieties of cheeses especially with various spices and herbs. Since then, we have been serving various leading Five Star Hotels and other esteemed Organizations with these cheeses.
With the growing demand and polularity of cheeses, we came up with various natural cheeses also such as Cheddar Cheese, Feta Cheese, Edam Cheese, Gouda Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Ementhal cheese etc. etc.
